Scope, deliverables and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.
Monthly plans are no-lock-in and can be cancelled anytime; work delivered is payable. Ad spend is billed separately by the platforms.
On full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you, except third-party components under their own licences.
Provided “as is” without warranty. They run in your browser; we do not store your files.
To the extent permitted by law, UJ Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
