2. Our Services

UJ Solutions provides: website development, mobile app development, AI automation, digital marketing, SEO, video editing, graphic design, and branding services.

3. Project Process

• All projects begin with a free consultation
• A written proposal is shared before work begins
• 50% advance payment is required to start; 50% on delivery
• Timelines are estimates and may vary based on client feedback speed

4. Payments

• All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise
• Payments via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods
• No refunds after work has commenced unless UJ Solutions fails to deliver

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client owns all deliverables
• UJ Solutions retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information as strictly confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

UJ Solutions is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from use of our services beyond the amount paid for the specific project.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
